Return/Exchange policy
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return or exchange an item within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving your order. Returns/exchanges are processed via the Nova Poshta delivery service.
Returns and exchanges are possible under the following conditions:
• No more than 14 calendar days have passed since receiving the order;
• Proof of payment for the item and delivery is provided;
• The item being returned must be in its original condition, without signs of use (with tags, labels, etc. intact);
• The Buyer covers all expenses related to the return/exchange of an item of proper quality (including delivery costs).
The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift certificates.
If a significant defect (hidden flaw or manufacturing defect) is discovered within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item, the Seller will accept the item for repair or exchange, or issue a refund if repair or exchange is not possible.

In such cases, returns are processed via Nova Poshta, and all expenses related to the return of defective items are covered by the Seller.
Returns and exchanges are available throughout Ukraine, except in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, temporarily occupied territories, and areas of active hostilities.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return of an item of proper quality that, according to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994, is classified as non-returnable.

EASY RETURN
To make an easy return, you need to notify our manager in advance and submit a return request via the Nova Poshta app.
This service may be unavailable if:
• redirection or return is already activated in the shipment;
• the invoice has been moved to the “Archive”;
• more than 14 days have passed since receiving the parcel.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNED ITEMS
• The item has not been used (including use for photo/video shoots) and has retained its original condition;
• Clothing has not been washed;
• Clothing must be free of stains, foundation, pet hair, perfume scent, or any other traces of use;
• All tags, stickers, and labels must be intact and not detached (not torn off or cut off);
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
If the above conditions are not met, the item is not eligible for return/exchange. Such clothing will be sent back to the Buyer at their expense.
TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU MUST:
• Check that the item qualifies for return according to the listed conditions;
• Pack the item in its original packaging;
• When sending a return/exchange, indicate the full value of the item, as the postal service only refunds the declared value of the parcel in case of loss or damage;
• If you paid for the order via bank transfer, you will need to provide your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), IBAN, and card number, so that our finance department can process the refund.
REFUND PROCESS
• After receiving the returned item and confirming that all return requirements have been met, we will process the refund;
• Refunds are transferred to the Buyer’s bank card (number and IBAN required) within 7 (seven) business days from the date the Seller receives the returned item and confirms compliance with return conditions;
• The actual crediting time of funds to the Buyer’s account may depend on the issuing bank’s policies;
• Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable.
• Customs duties/taxes paid upon receiving the item are also non-refundable.
